1996 Buick Skylark Trying Remove Lower Dash Panel Removed Bolts Think Tugged

Trying to remove lower dash panel. removed all bolts (i think) tugged every which way and would not come off. What did I miss?? (we are trying to remove the stereo

check where arrows arein pic to see if there are screws there holding it in.

you don't need to pull the dash to remove the radio by the way. disregard the pic i sent there is a face plate that will have maybe a screws or push pins in it holding it. it will ppop off then unbolt screws around radio an dpull it out.
