1996 buick skylark custom 3.1 v6
how do I replace the tensioner pulley, I know the basic "bolt it on" but is a very tight space I can not get a serp tool into. The old one busted off and I cant even pull it out because the space is too tight. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You may have to disconnect a few things. Lift the engine slowly so you can watch if anything needs disconnected.
