How do you remove the tensioner pulley assembly?

I need to replace the coolant elbow, and I can not seem to remove the tensioner pulley assembly. I was wondering if you could help me out?

it just has a bolt running through it to the block. make sure to remove the tension from the blet first though.

I think the assy is part of the alternator bracket.
