my rear shocks i believe is gone

my car is low in rear it just happen a few days ago it rides hard and dont bounce in rear and thay are old shocks it is air shocks could it be thay are worn out and to replace do it need the hold kit to replace or can i get just the shocks and the washer and bearing and us the same air line?

You need to investigate-could be the shocks and a sprung spring/air ride problem
