what cause my car to burn gas so much

i had a 1/2 tank of gas and i will go for 2 days to work and home 4 to 5 miles its burn almost a quarter of gas up what could it be?

Do you have a check engine light and when was last tune-up??

Check the fuel pressure if its within specs-start here
