When I get up to 55 or 80 mph my car starts bogging out really bad. I've had the fuel filter changed . They said it was the original fuel filter and clogged really bad. What could it be?

-Do you have a check engine light? Have the fuel pressure checked out-this will rule out a failing fuel pump or a clogged fuel filter-

No the check engine light is not on. Could it be it needs new spark plugs? I haven't never changed those neither?
