1996 Buick Regal cant remove brake calipers

I understand that there is one bolt on the low side of the caliper and one pin. I have removed the bolt but I cannot get the caliper to budge.
I have purchased new calipers and they have two holes for two bolts, not a pin… If I am ever able to get this caliper off will I find that that pin is permanently attached so that I cannot get my new caliper on? Where can you get a caliper with one threaded side and one side for a pin?
