lights are flickering

i have a 96 buick regal and the head lights interior lights keep flicking off and on kind of like deming good alternator battery but still don't know what is wrong. Like at night when the head lights and interior lights on they be flicking kind of like deming like they going to cut off but

Check your charging system when the problem is ongoing. Use a digital multimeter at the alternator bat terminal, is the reading steady or does it bounce with the lights? Might be a problem with alternator, can't be sure without testing.
