lights and warning bell

when i take out my keys the warning sound telling me my keys are still in my car keeps dinging and my parking lights will not go off when the engine is off

When you turn off the headlamp switch, the park lamps don't go off? Could be issue with lamp control module? Your headlamp switch controls ground. Unless you can do some testing with at least a digital multimeter, can't be sure about the park lites. I did look at tsbs for your vehicle, comcerning park lamps, didn't see anything that caught my attention.

The warning chime may be telling you the lites are on?
