climate control panel started flashing on and off

Hi, I have a 1996 Buick lesabre with a climate control panel. Touch system, can be set on auto and all that! It has started flashing on and off, which also we noticed making the heater go on and off, we can here the heater fan stopping and starting. Any

The climate control panel is flashing on and off, sometimes not even showing at all. Also this is causing the heater fan to come on and shut off.

a shop with a scan tool with the ability to read the hvac system and codes will be required. it sounds like the programmer has failed.
