MY CAR CRANKS, BUT CUTS OFF REALLY QUICK WITHIN SECONDS? THE SCREW THAT SECURES THE BRACKET THAT HOLDS THE EGR VALVE IN PLACE FELL OUT AND THATS WHEN IT STOPPED STAYING CRUNK....?

You could block off the egr passage, just for testing? See if it stays running. Replace the screw.
