Radiator leaking from cap on 96 318ti bmw

Replaced radiator and have had a problem with losing a little coolant from cap. That turned into a big problem with all coolant leaking from cap. Replaced cap and that did not fix it. If I leave bleeder screw loose, coolant will not shoot out from cap.

Are you sure the cap is the right pressure release?
