Windshield wipers

The drivers side windshield wiper has stopped working. It seems to be loose/floppy. The blades were just replaced last week. Passengers side is working fine. Tried jiggling it but didn't work.

The first thing i would do is see if the wiper arm nut is loose let me know what you find.
