How do I set camshafts timming when the pulles have been taken off the cams

The cams do not have keywaes to hold pulleis in a certen spot

Needed two special tools Crankshaft locking tool andCamshaft locking tool see diagrams. If you have them off need to take to Volvo Tech to straighten out
