my heater doesn't come on anymore,it use to work fine,then it started slowing down,then sometimes it would come on and work fine.like it's a relay or something,but i don't really know were it is,is it a chance it could be the climate control switch?

It could be several things. However, if the blower motor isn't running, you need to start by checking to see if there is power to the blower motor.
