Blower fan on heater air control quit working. Replaced in dash unit blower now works turn on cold air switch no cold air. The compressor doesn't kick on. What's wrong?

You need to verify if you have any refrigerant in the system. You would need to evacuate the system to see how much freon is in it and then refill to capacity to start with.
