1995 toyota tercel dx, 183,000 miles im hearing a squeaking sound when i first start the car ... what could it be ? what can i check for it just started doing it. please help!! suzy

Where is the noise coming from the belt area?

hi, sounds like could be a belt ,started doing it about aweek ago only makes the noise when i turn the key to start it then when engine starts it stops, the car runs great other then that, how ever i did notice the overflow jug for anti freeze is empty, the radiater is full though.

It could be the starter if its only while starting it?

I have the exact same situation with my car, same year and miles. Did you find out what it was? I am thinking maybe the water pump
