I have a 95 Tacoma, in great condition. Last year I put a 2.5 inch coil spacer in the front, and a add a leaf in the back. I want to put a 3 inch body lift. What all would I need? New shocks? Extended break lines? I'm not trying to break the bank, also.

You won't find that kind of help here. None of us will help you damage your truck or risk the liability issues. You will degrade handling, braking, steering response, tire wear, and ride quality. Any improvement you think you feel is just an illusion. You can be sure lawyers and insurance investigators know all about "scrub radius", how it affects braking, and how it is adversely affected by ride height.

As a suspension and alignment specialist, a big part of my job is correcting ride height that is off as little as an inch from the manufacturer's published specs. Failure to do that before or as part of an alignment could make me party to a lawsuit if that vehicle is involved in a crash caused by someone else.

If you'd like to know why altering ride height is a real bad idea, tell me which type if front and rear suspension system your truck uses and if it has rack and pinion steering. A lot of truck have gone to strut front suspension. That affects some alignment angles differently than the older upper and lower control arm suspension.
