What to do to get my truck going again. No start and no tail lights.

I was connecting and external breaking system for a trailer when my wrench arced connecting it to the battery. The radio beeped as well. The truck won't start and the tail lights and radio won't work.

Check the fuses and fusible link. Seems some are blown.
