1995 Toyota Starlet problem with my head

I've got a problem with my head it keeps blowing the gasket so I got a rePlacement head but it's a 4efe so I was wondering will it work for 4efte motor and do i have to change the valve springs or can I just use it like it is please help

im sorry do you mean just fit it 4efe head with the valve springs it has it will work without any problems please

it's hard to find a 4efte head im form Zimbabwe and spares are very hard to find for the Toyota starlet
