1995 Toyota Previa not starting

i replaced fuel filter yesterday and that went find with a few pumps of the gas it started up staright away went to start it up this morning and it wouldnt start its turning over but not kicking in...
ive tried holding down accelerator as i start ive tried just trying to start it tried waiting for a little while and repeating the 2 previous things please help

Is fuel pump pressure within the manufacturer's specs? Are you getting spark to the plugs?
