failed CA emission for high NO at 25mph - registered at 542 NO with 533 NO max allowable. Passed NO at 15mph - registered 412 NO with 508 NO max allowable.

HC and CO readings all good registered well within max allowable.

Can I fix myself or needs an expert mechanic? I'm guessing EGR system needs cleaning/replacement?
