My coumputre burn and im replacing it do I have to reprogram the new coumputre? And it so how do I do it?

1995 is OBD1 you don't program it, it has a PROM, so what you need to do is match it up with a correct ECM the number is on the top of the ECM, and you need to fix what cause it to burn in the first place, Now if you put the wrong one in, you will have drivability problems and engine codes that are not associated with the problem
