My 1995 Toyota Corolla just failed an Ontario (Canada) ASM 2525 emissions test with the following readings:
HC ppm: 112 (limit is 75)
CO%: 0.45 (limit is 0.42)
NO ppm: 2040 (limit is 576)
The only noticeable thing is a leaking valve cover gasket which I have already replaced. Any ideas what needs fixing? Thank you.

i would replace the o2 for the hc and co. change the oil as well.

the nox is the issue. if it has an egr valve, you need to verify it is working. if it is then the cat converter is bad.
