1995 Toyota Camry stalled an won't turn over

Was driving 70 mph using cruise control. Going over a small upgrade car idles up an the accelerator goes to floor BT doest speed up. Car makes a noise and dies check engine light comes on. Just clicks when try to start it.

Have the charging/starting system checked. It only clicks now and doesnt turn over at all when starting? Check the oil and see if there is enough in it and it doesnt look milky in color. I am going to hope the engine didnt lock up.
