I have a hard code 22 That wont clear ECT circuit on my 1995 Toyota 4 runner 4x4 3.0 AT .

Replaced the ecu and code remains. Found a broken Thermo time switch and a bad ECT switch ( replaced ect switch ) . Also having a problem starting when cold . Will replace cold start injector switch soon. Any advise? Vehicle runs well when warm.

Could be an open or short on the ECT circuit-trace the wiring back to the computer
