I was driving and when i came off an off ramp to get on the highway it felt like the rear drivers side tire was flat so i pulled over and got out and it wasnt flat so i grabbed the whole rim and tire and moved it side to side and it moved very easily so i made it home but it sounded like the whole rim and tire were gonna come right off the car.

if the lug nuts are not loose then the bearings are the next suspect and they are ok then a suspension component has come loose or broken.

Could be suspension issue, bad wheel bearings, loose lugs, etc. You need to tow it to a shop to be inspected thoroughly.
