instrument cluster repair

1995 saturn sl2 i removed my instrument cluster and one of the circuits leading to the tachometer has ripped. is there any way to repair this?

Go to pick a part and get a printed circuit board that is your best bet. So are you talking about the printed circuit board is ripped?If so you will need to replace the printed circuit board.
