When it is cold outside my blinkers will come on when they want to. I have checked the fuses and used a voltmeter to check them. The voltmeter reads 10 when the blinkers quit working and it is attached to the fuse. The fuse is not blown and I don't have any idea what else it could be. My bulbs all work and my brake lights and turn signals flash when they are engaged until they stop blinking on the dash.

Hey Ddorsey93,

Its sounds like the turn signal flasher is going bad, the location is in the passenger PCD (fuse box), you can also buy a new one from amazon. Com, hope this helps, please let me know how it goes.

Best, Ken
