idling problems

i have a 95 saturn sl1 and when i run my car it wants to idle extremely high when i push in the clutch and then when i shut the car off it takes about 30 to 40 minutes before i can restart my car. i have replaced the ignition module and idle air control valve...

So do you have any code's?So when the engine is hot you need to wait 30-40 mins before it will restart?When it doesn't restart does it crank no start?If so when that happens you need to check for spark.SO sitting at a stop light or stop sign the idle is high?If so how high?Sounds like a vacuum leak.
