my engine is making an intermittent ticking noise

I have a 1995 pontiac trans am, 5.7, automatic, I was wondering, their is a tick noise coming from the driver side motor, it comes and goes, it used to never come unless i beat on the car, but then i got a oil change and it never came back for about 2 or

it can either be a bad lifter, rocker arm worn or pushrod bent/worn. you really need apro to look at this.
