Should I buy this car?

I found a 1995 Pontiac Grand Am for $1400 with low mileage. The guy says it has a hole in the exhaust, needs a new water pump, and over heats sometimes. It has a new thermostat, new front brakes, and recharged a/c. Is this a car worth looking at?

Could be a money pit. Have a shop go over it with the info you gave us and wait for the results. Then negotiate with the seller. If he wont go for it, then walk away.
