EXCESSIVE EXHAUST PLUS MAKES A WHINING NOISE AND WHEN I ACCELERATE IT WILL ACT LIKE IT'S NOT GETTING ANY GAS BUT WITHIN SECONDS IT WILL TAKE OFF

I WOULDN'T CALL IT SMOKE QUESS THE COLOR WOULD BE CLEAR...IT'S WHAT COMES OUT IN COLD WEATHER. DOESN'T HAPPEN WHILE DRIVING JUST WHEN STOPPED.
