Power steering went out and theres fluid everywhwere under hood. Doesntb appear to be a hose

It probably blew out the front seal of the pump or out of the resivor cap of the pump.

The first thing you need to do is see where the fluid is coming from before you start replacing anything. Clean everything up and let me know what you find.

Brake clean would work the best make sure you wear safety glasses when spraying everything off.
