95 pontiac firebird left blinker lights but does not flash. change the bulb no difference. Check and changed the fuse. no difference. right side flashes slowly.

Did you check the bulbs front and rear? Check for voltage and ground at the proper circuits. In the diagram, the brown wire is for park lamps. The dark blue and lite blue wires are voltage for turn signal. Black wire is ground
