1995 Peugeot 306 Lost Dipped Beam Full Beam Works Fine Local Garage Tested

I have lost dipped beam. Full beam works fine. My local Peugeot garage tested the 'stalk' and the electric circuits and found them to be OK but replaced a relay 'cube' in November when the problem first arose. Annoyingly the problem has recurred and I wondered whether there was a simple cure? The car was serviced two weeks ago and all worked fine then.

I would be checking the relay and the earth for the relay and the lights, start here.
