my van dies after 20 mins!!!

1995 olds sillohette replaced harmonic balancer now the car sputters and dies after about 20 mins of driving changed coil packs and ignition tests good even after 20 tests in a row

I would look at the fue;l pressure and the fuel pressure regulator. Have the fuel pressure tested.
