1995 Oldsmobile Ciera Left Front Marker Beside Headlight Will Flicker Turn

My left front marker(beside headlight)will flicker when turn signal is turned on and also when I turn on parking lights it will flicker.The other side is ok. Please help.Think it might be the turn signal part in the steering wheel.

If it flickers with the parking lights on sounds like a loose connection have you checked the bulb socket etc for corrosion etc?
