not getting power to the fuel pomp

How was it checked? Did you check for power at the relay?

I checked the wire to the pump and fuse

I just checked the relay I am getting power to the red wire only

I also checked the ground to tank. I do not know where else to go PLEASE HELP

Since you have power to the relay, locate the wire that supplies power from that point to the pump and see if there is power when the key is cycled on and off. When you turn it to the on position, you should see power for a couple seconds then it will turn off if the engine isn't running.

Let me know what you find.

when I trun the key on I can hear it kick on than it stops

That sounds normal. Since there is power out and the pump isn't getting power, there has to be an open circuit between the relay and pump. That means it's time to start tracing wires.

I got my car running it was the INJ coil fuse.Now It is dieing when I go to back up
