1995 Oldsmobile Aurora Dash lights problem

I'm having a problem with a 95 Aurora dash lights not coming on but all the fuses are good on the drivers side of the dash AND under the rear seat. What is wierd is when the headlights are turned on, the lights for the climate controls go out but come back on when the headlights are turned off. Please help, again, ALL the fuses are good as well as the interior lamp relay.

You need to check output on headlight switch on the gray wire. You should have power there when lights are on.(This is the dash light power feed). Make sure your dimmer switch is all the way up. Never overlook the obvious.
