I wont to relieve the fuel pressure from my car but it wont start. is there another way for me to relieve the fuel pressure; without having to start the car?

You will just have to disconnect a fuel line with a rag covering it so it won't spray all over you, if it has been sitting for a while the pressure may be well down anyway, just do this carefully and you should be ok.
