Power bogs down

If I let off the gas while driving or if it idles at a red light, when I give it gas to go it bogs down and I usually have to feather the gas or just wait for it to power back up and go. We were thinking along the lines of a fuel filter? Afraid to even ease of the gas to go around certain curves cause I know its gonna bog way down down again

Any codes in the computer?I would have the exhaust checked for excessive back pressure.I would also check the actual fuel pressure that wouldnt be a bad idea. You could also check to see if the fuel filter is clogged.
