Today I had to replace my window when I returned home the door latch was down and wound not let me close my door all the way. Put my key in the key hole and the latch opened. Was able to close door now all the way. I then locked my door. Now I can not open to door at all. Even if I get inside and try to manually unlock the door the door will not open. This is on the drivers side

Did you do the window replacement? It sounds like either the linkage in the door is disconnected or damaged. Most likely this is the result of the work that was done on the window. The only way to access the linkage is to remove the door panel which can be done, but it is a pain when the door is closed. Therefore, if someone did the glass repair for you, I would take it back and let them fix it.
