how do you replace the water pump on a 1995 olds 88 royale. step by step

my olds 88 royale has the 3.8l i have the serpentine belt off and cant get at the one screw to get the water pump off. its behind another pulley. how do i get that pulley off to get the water pump off?

aren't there four screws in the pulley?if so remove them.then the pulley
