1995 Nissan Skyline After Removing Fuel Rail Injectors Cleaned Mechanic System

after removing fuel rail to injectors cleaned my mechanic the system was put back together. then on first attempt to start i allowed the fuel system to prime and then attempted to start engine. car cranked once and then a bang came from the engine. now the car will not crank.

locked up from too much fuel in the cylinders. remove the plugs and crank the motor to get all the fuel out of the cylinders. add a little, very little oil to the cylinders to get back some compression
