Ok I got my car february 21st 2013 and since then I have put no water in it and ive been driving back and forth riverside from los angeles now yesterday there was a loud rattling coming from the car do u think I need water

Did you check the fluids? You need to check them everytime you fuel the car.

Where is the noise coming from? Low coolant does not cause a rattling noise
