How to i replace the core plugs?

My car holds water when cold but loses water when car heats up and there is a increase in pressure. Im located in australia if that helps with model id.

If the freeze plug is leaking make a pilot hole on the center of the plug then pry it out with a long handle screwdriver or a slidehammer if you can get in there with no problem-
