Is there a guide or manual for installing after market parts such as cold air intakes, turbos, ect.

No, because after market modification comes in different designs for similar vehicles and the only information would be from the parts supplier.

Most of these are mechanical replacement and does not require special skills. Matching up the parts to get the desired effect would be another story.

What year model and engine do you have on your vehicle?

Is it the one I have circled that you r are refering to?

The picture does not show the engine layout clearly and I and not able to confirm what engine you have. However the part that I have circled looks like a MAP sensor which don't seem to belong to Nissan.

Let me know the wire color code if avaialble.
