1995 Nissan Altima Car Idling High 3500 Rpm Starting Running Replaced Timing

Car idling high at 3500 rpm when starting and running. replaced timing chain guide and didn't have to adjust timing....car ran fine before repair. can not find any vacuum leak. IAC valve and throttle position sensor disconnected and still idling high. what else can cause high idle?

Check the throttle plate to see if it is closing fully.
How did you check for vacuum leaks?
