1995 Nissan 200SX engine dies

car will start but dies after couple minutes and wont restart for 15 minutes and dies again. if its raining car will not start at all. also battery got drained with nothing left on.before the car would not start it back fired for awhile and the battery light came on.

If it won't start, I need to know if you are getting proper fuel pressure and a good hot spark to the engine. As far as the battery drain, go to our homepage under the DIY section. There is a section that explains how to check for electrical draws. Let me know what you find on the other things I mentioned. Just FYI, there are directions for checking fuel pressure and spark also.
